Heat−Activated Solder Sleeve Kit

This kit of heat-activated sleeves honestly makes the process of joining up wires so simple. Packed in a neat little case with internal dividers to separate the four sizes, all you have to do is select the size you need to suit your wire. Then slide the sleeve over your wire, strip about 10-15mm of the protective outer away from the wire, meet the two ends of the naked wire together (intertwine and twist), slide the sleeve over the join (see staff tip), then heat the sleeve until it shrinks down around the join. Once cooled, you’ll have a waterproof seal over your wires and a really strong, conductive electrical connection.
